Zion Benton Leadership Academy (ZBLA)

Established in 2012 with over 70 graduates, ZBLA was created to increase diversity in Zion-Benton leadership (age, gender, race, socio-economic status, etc), encourage and motivate individuals interested in becoming community leaders, address succession planning for leadership roles, increase community involvement in social and civic organizations, and make our community a place where people want to live, work and raise their families.
